The applications for the 2025 Lead(H)er Fellowship have been announced. The 4th cohort of the prestigious fellowship is a collaboration between YouLead Africa, Plan International, and the African Union Office of the Youth Envoy that aims to empower young women leaders in Eastern, Southern Africa, and the Middle East.
Designed to nurture skills and aspirations in politics, economics/business, and peace and security, the fellowship provides a safe space for women under 25 to engage with regional and international opportunities, amplifying their local and grassroots impact.
Spanning five months, the fellowship combines a physical component with a virtual learning experience to equip participants with the tools to make meaningful contributions in their fields.
