Fatumah Nakaziba Asha, a prominent Ugandan fashion designer is set to take part in the largest African Fashion show in Europe.
The designer who is well known for her dreamy wedding and red-carpet dresses and has worked with a number of celebrities including Bettinah Tianah, Tina Teise, Rema Namakula, Natasha Sinayobye, among others, will be showcasing her latest designs at the 2019 Africa Fashion Week London which is scheduled to take place on August 9 and August 10 at Freemason’s Hall in London, England.
The two day annual fashion event that is in its 9th season will feature catwalk shows as well as vibrant and colorful exhibitions by a number of notable designers.
The Africa Fashion Week London seeks to celebrate and introduce work from established and emerging African Designers to a wider audience of potential clients and to generate interest in African fashion in an affordable and ethical manner.
Fatumah Asha has previously showcased her work at a number of international fashion events including the Nairobi Fashion Week and Accra Fashion Week in Ghana last year.
