ChangemakerXchange has opened applications for the “Changemakers for the Planet” program in Sub-Saharan Africa for 2025. This initiative seeks young innovators aged 18-35 who are tackling the planetary crisis and are based in or making an impact within Sub-Saharan Africa.
The program offers a comprehensive experience designed to empower and connect changemakers through the following key elements:
Summits: Participants will join a five-day intensive summit in Nigeria, where 20-25 innovators will come together to bond, learn, and collaborate.
Capacity Building: The program provides tailored skill-building sessions and access to ecosystem leaders, including coaches and fundraising experts, to help participants elevate their work.
Collaborative Funding: Participants will have opportunities to secure funding for collaborative efforts among their peers.
Community: Successful applicants will gain lifelong membership in ChangemakerXchange’s global network of over 1,000 changemakers from 130 countries.
